Rachel recently organised our family holiday to Singapore and Lombok and we couldn’t have been happier with the service she provided. From the outset, Rachel took the time to fully understand our priorities and likes/dislikes so that she could ensure that the holiday was perfectly tailored to our family.

She even took the time to prepare a suggested itinerary for our time in Singapore and researched and booked day trips for our time in Lombok as well as giving us useful tips for how to overcome jet lag and how to kill time during our layover at the airport. Rachel was brilliant at finding a half term holiday that worked for us. She took the time to understand what sort of holiday we were looking for and came up with some great options within our budget.
